Communicate Your Way Through Change
(Note: This course can be delivered as a 3.5 hour class or a 1.5 hour conference workshop)

Changes in thinking. Changes in process and responsibility. Changes in technology, policy and in interpersonal relationships. With all of the change happening, one would think that we would be good at communicating through it. Why then, is change so easy for some and so hard for others?

When change happens, how do you respond? Are you a “change agent,” -- one that plunges ahead and goes with the flow, or are you a “change resister,” – someone who constructs mental hurdles and/or puts on the brakes? During this dynamic and interactive presentation, we’ll explore the unique styles of how individuals deal with change. You’ll learn easy-to-apply communication strategies, to help you effectively navigate any change.

- How to recognize and overcome approach-avoidance behavior
