Listen Up! Listen With Your Eyes and Ears
(3.5 hour session)

Recent research indicates the average person only remembers about one-quarter of what he or she hears. Further, studies have shown that poor listening skills are often the cause of mistakes and problems that cost organizations more than $1 billion a day.

This interactive “ears-and-eyes-on” presentation is designed to strengthen the listening skills of participants by providing them with “tips and tools” to help them in their everyday interactions with others.
