| Recent research indicates the average
person only remembers about one-quarter of what he or she hears. Further,
studies have shown that poor listening skills are often the cause
of mistakes and problems that cost organizations more than $1 billion
a day.
This interactive ears-and-eyes-on presentation is designed
to strengthen the listening skills of participants by providing
them with tips and tools to help them in their everyday
interactions with others.

"One
of the most valuable gifts we can give one another is to listen."
Dr. Susanne Gaddis
"Thank
you so much for your wonderful presentations this week. The paralegals
were disappointed that the time passed so quickly. We all learned
more about ourselves and how to communicate positively with others-at
home and work. You made such a positive impact on us and we are
very grateful!"

"Dr.
Gaddis' techniques for effectively listening and motivating others
were put to immediate use by our staff. In fact, the interaction
in her seminar helped our employees get to know each other and establish
new friendships. Personally, her seminars have helped me in teaching
classes I hold for our company - she has a terrific effect on people."
